The family house with two housing unit has been built in KAŠTELIR i.e. in the very centre of Kaštelir, on the south side of a mild hillock which protects from the blow of bora, and also insures a superior insolation. FUŠKULIN is a characteristic Istrian village which is situated approximately 5 km from the centre of Poreč, and approximately 1-2 km from the coast and settlement Funtana. The family stone house has the ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. The access to the house is from the entering way from the north side (car) and enter from the south side (the main access). The ground floor has the entry , the dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, inner stairway, a boiler room and corridors as communications with the garden .The 1st floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, a corridor and a balcony, and the 2nd floor has two bedrooms, a corridor and a bathroom.
